While directing scores of cultural resource management project, Ms. Kearns has worked closely with engineers, architectural historians, planners, lawyers, geo-technicians, historians, cartographers, developers, and other professionals. As well as preparing reports for clients in the private sector, Ms. Kearns has directed investigations on projects sponsored by various federal, state, and municipal agencies.
Ms. Kearns meets the professional qualifications of the National Park Service’s 36CFR 61 and is certified by the Register of Professional Archaeologists (RPA). In addition to her commitment to HPI’s clients, Ms. Kearns serves on the Council of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
